I just purchased a used car from Eugene and it was a great experience from start to finish. Eugene was welcoming, friendly, professional, and absolutely pleasant to deal with. He answered all my questions and went the extra mile to make me happy. He did all the paperworks with the Ministry of Transportation. He delivered the car right to my door with freshly changed oil and helped me to load the second set of tires into the cargo compartment. I would highly recommend Eugene as your next car dealer.

I bought a vehicle from Eugene, and honestly I am super satisfied. In fact it exceeded my expectations. Eugene made the process very convenient and friendly. It was really relieving when you think of the other car salespersons who pressure you into buying when you aren't quite ready. Eugene made it really easy, and even met with me in Gatineau to assist with my Quebec licensing (registry transfer). He had the Quebec safety done for me as well, which reduce the amount of stress, and the back and forth often involved when buying a vehicle. Every time I buy used, I also have my personal mechanic verify the vehicle afterwards to ensure it is all great and in good condition. I laughed in joy when my mechanic said "all you need is new wipers". He said the vehicle was in fantastic condition just as Eugene promised. Eugene had also ensured that I had new brakes installed without extra costs, before handing over the keys. He truly went above and beyond. I am extremely impressed by DM auto, and will continue to buy from Eugene at DM auto when I am shopping for a vehicle. 5 stars without any hesitation.
